Qur’an in the quiet of night
The Qur’an connects night worship with more firmly established attention and recitation (73:6). The quieter setting can help the tongue, hearing and heart attend together. Read with tartil: measured pace, clear words and appropriate pauses.
Study a passage beforehand, then reflect on its guidance while praying. Transmitted night-prayer examples include repeating an ayah and responding to verses of mercy, warning and glorification. Follow your school’s qualifications for these responses within prayer.
Length can be increased gradually. A short, attentive pair of rakʿahs should not be dismissed in favor of an ambitious routine that becomes heedless or is quickly abandoned.
Choose one achievable change for your next night. Preserve the obligations and build consistency gradually.
